more importantly, the safest products that are available
on the market today, and we are now emphasizing and
promoting "Green" products.
We pride ourselves on
thinking and operating outside the box. This is
demonstrated by our quick response on delivery. By
utilizing our fleet of trucks, as well as common
carriers and couriers, we strive for delivery within
24-48 hours from the time your order is placed.
At PCA communication is
definitely our most important asset. We do not
believe in voice mail -- you will always speak to one of
our staff members during normal business hours. In
addition, our outside sales staff typically provides
their customers with their cell phone numbers. It
is our goal to recognize your voice before you announce
who you are and were you are calling from.
Although it sounds like
we are an old-fashioned boutique, that is just our modus
operandi. We provide and have access to the
leading major manufacturers in our industry, and we are
a member of AFFLINK, a national network of distributors.
